With the subscription of the product and the undertaking of the investment your data will be stored and managed within the LHI Group. Within the scope of the tax retention periods, the data remains stored even after the investment has been terminated. In connection with the investment, the deletion of your personal data is therefore possible, at the earliest after expiry of the tax retention periods.
Transfer of your personal data to third parties takes place only to the extent required by statutory requirements. In particular, the LHI Group and the investment company within the legal requirements for the international automatic data exchange for financial accounts is entitled and obligated to transmit the legally determined data to the financial authorities responsible for this in Germany (in particular name, date of birth, state of domicile, tax identification number of the state of domicile, amount of capital at December 31 of the previous year and the previous year's credits or disbursements).
