LHI Campus Pullach

The best reference for our know-how is the LHI headquarters in Pullach. The LHI Campus - an office building developed by LHI Real Estate Management GmbH - is the undisputed front-runner in terms of DGNB compliance for existing buildings.

The building, which has been awarded the "DGNB Platinum Certificate" by the DGNB Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (German Sustainable Building Council), achieves a rating of 94.5 %. It scores particularly well with first-class facility management, an intelligent energy and water concept, optimal use of daylight and with individual control options for users as well as a flexible room layout.

The LHI headquarters in Pullach was acquired, planned, developed and built by our in-house experts within just three years.
