LHI Campus Pullach

The best reference for our know-how is the LHI headquarters in Pullach. The LHI Campus - an office building developed by LHI Real Estate Management GmbH - is the undisputed front-runner in terms of DGNB compliance for existing buildings.

The building, which has been awarded the "DGNB Platinum Certificate" by the DGNB Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (German Sustainable Building Council), achieves a rating of 94.5 %. It scores particularly well with first-class facility management, an intelligent energy and water concept, optimal use of daylight and with individual control options for users as well as a flexible room layout.

The LHI headquarters in Pullach was acquired, planned, developed and built by our in-house experts within just three years.

Deutsche Hypo Hannover

The property is a building ensemble in a central location in Hanover, consisting of a new building and a listed existing building.

The 5-storey existing building was cored and developed according to the specifications of the listed building and the requirements of the tenants. 

The new office building has five full storeys and a staggered storey.

The new building in Hanover was awarded platinum by the DGNB Deutsche Gesellschaft für nachhaltiges Bauen (German Sustainable Building Council) and achieved an overall degree of fulfilment of around
81 %.

Chmielna 25

The Chmielna 25 property is located in the heart of Warsaw in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw Palace of Culture in one of the city's most famous shopping streets.

The Chmielna 25 building comprises five floors above ground and two basement levels. The ground floor contains retail space and the upper floors are rented out as office space. In accordance with local zoning bylaws, the property also has one flat. The total lettable area is approximately 6,000 sqm.

The building received the LEED "Gold" certificate in October 2013.
