Build to Lease

An LHI special-purpose company acquires the relevant plot of land, builds the property according to your wishes, ideas and specifications and leases it to you on a long-term basis within the framework of a leasing contract. A purchase right at the end of the term ensures you and your company long-term access to the property.

If required, you can also benefit from our knowledge of all aspects of real estate. We plan and build your property and work for you like an integrated “temporary construction department”. Our subsidiary,
LHI Real Estate Management GmbH, always keeps an eye on the cost-effectiveness, construction quality and adherence to schedules of the new construction project.

Existing properties

Sale-and-lease-back and Buy-and-lease

Providing a sale-and-lease-back solution, we help you to exploit the potential of your existing property. You sell your owned property to an LHI special-purpose company and lease it back again on a long-term basis within the framework of a leasing contract. You benefit from the liquidity tied up in the property and any hidden reserves that accrue to your company as equity.

In a buy-and-lease solution, an LHI special-purpose company acquires an existing property in your interest and leases it to you on a long-term basis under a leasing contract.

With both solutions, a purchase right at the end of the term ensures your company long-term access to the property.
