LHI Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH receives license for financial portfolio management
The LHI Group has received an extension of its financial portfolio management license from BaFin. In the course of this, the LHI Group increased the capital of LHI Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (LHI KVG) by EUR 2 million to
EUR 6 million and merged its sales company, LHI Capital Management GmbH (LHI CapMan), with LHI Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (LHI KVG).
This will bundle the LHI Group’s investment business in one company and strengthen its position in business with institutional/professional investors. Products and asset management services can thus be offered and managed from a single source.
The management of LHI KVG consists of Alexander von Dobschütz, Markus Niedermeier, Thomas Schober, Franz Unterbichler and Dieter Seitz.
The previous tasks and employees of LHI CapMan will be transferred in full to LHI KVG.
