Wind farms in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate acquired for Investment for institutional investors
The LHI Group has acquired two wind farms under construction, each with 3 wind turbines. The wind turbines have a total nominal output of 33.4 MW.
One wind farm is located in North Rhine-Westphalia and is expected to go into operation in March 2026. The second wind farm is located in Rhineland-Palatinate. Two wind turbines at the wind farm will be connected to the grid in December 2025 and the third turbine in September 2026.
The two wind farms are each characterized by a high EEG remuneration and are integrated into an institutional investment structure. The portfolio structure now consists of 33 wind and solar parks and thus achieves a high degree of diversification.
The realization of the two wind farms is an important contribution to the further expansion of renewable energies. Compared to the current electricity mix in Germany, around 36,800 tons ofCO2 will be saved annually in the future. The electricity generated by the two wind farms is equivalent to supplying around 23,200 four-person households with an average annual electricity consumption of 4,000 kWh.
In total, LHI now has 38 wind farms in its portfolio with a total nominal output of around 555 MW.
