LHI's Organizational Development and Process Management trainee program will give you a comprehensive insight into the processes of a financial company and teach you how organization, governance and operational processes interact.

Your tasks
You will get to know the company organization from analysis to implementation in practice.
You analyze existing business processes and help to make workflows more efficient.
You model and document processes in our process management tool in the BPMN 2.0 standard.
You create workflows for process automation.
You also deal with topics such as compliance and cyber security.
You will be involved in cross-departmental projects.
You moderate workshops and work closely with specialist departments and management.
During the program, you will be accompanied by an experienced supervisor (m/f/d).

Your profile
A degree, e.g. in business informatics, economics with an IT or organizational focus or business psychology
Analytical thinking skills and enjoy understanding complex relationships and solving them in a structured way.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex content clearly and convince others.
High IT affinity and confidence in using MS Office.
