Your tasks
They provide legal support for domestic and international transactions in the real estate and renewable energy asset classes.
Your responsibilities include conducting legal reviews of matters related to corporate, real estate, and investment law.
They address internal regulatory issues, particularly in the areas of the KAGB, KWG, and WpHG, and develop practical regulatory solutions.
They provide consulting services to our internal departments as well as our subsidiaries.
You will serve as the point of contact for our business partners—particularly banks, investors, and regulatory authorities—and handle all legal matters independently.
Your profile
You have successfully passed two state bar exams and are a fully licensed attorney (m/f/d), ideally with above-average grades.
You have several years of professional experience in the areas listed above.
They are characterized by a business-minded approach, a strong understanding of business operations, a strong commitment to customer service, and excellent communication skills.
Your strengths include the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, strong negotiation skills, and flexibility.
Fluency in spoken and written English rounds out your profile.
