Your tasks
Its core mission is strategic, results-oriented value creation management in the best interests of the owners.
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management (target vs. actual) and further development of the real estate portfolio, with a focus on retail, and will oversee external property managers and service providers.
You will develop forward-looking leasing strategies, implement them independently through the signing of the lease agreement, and provide support to existing tenants through key account management.
They prepare business plans, are responsible for project-specific budgets, and prepare decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders.
They analyze property, market, and portfolio data and determine the necessary actions at the asset level.
Your profile
You have a college degree in real estate management or economics, or you have completed a comparable program of study.
We require several years of professional experience in asset management, property management, or commercial real estate management.
Experience in managing retail properties, retail parks, or neighborhood retail properties is preferred.
You are known for your excellent analytical skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy taking on responsibility.
Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and are interested in modern AI applications for analyzing, automating, and improving the efficiency of internal departmental processes.
