Your tasks
You will be responsible for the accounting support of various fund and property companies in the legal form of GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG, including so-called double-decker models.
You are responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), in some cases also in accordance with the provisions of the German Investment Code (KAGB)
You fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
You create P&L projections and target/actual comparisons.
You work closely with business partners, auditors and internal specialist departments and clarify accounting and balance sheet issues.
Your profile
You are a certified accountant IHK (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) and have several years of extensive experience in all areas of accounting (G/L accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting).
You are also experienced in the independent accounting of companies in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and are ideally also familiar with the requirements of the German Investment Code (KAGB).
You are confident in using the common MS Office programs. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
You have a structured, independent and responsible way of working.
