Commercial Asset Manager, Renewable Energy (m/f/d) | Process Digitalization & Data Management

Your tasks
You will be responsible for the commercial asset management of German and French wind and solar farms.
Working closely with internal and external partners, you will oversee all commercial and legal matters for your companies, from contract management and shareholder resolutions to the audit of annual financial statements.
You will be responsible for strategic financial and liquidity management and will serve as the primary point of contact for the financing banks.
You will monitor key financial metrics and prepare internal and external reports.
You will contribute to process digitization, the targeted use of AI in asset management, and the implementation and further development of software solutions; you will also conduct data-driven analyses.
Your profile
You have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering, or you have comparable training.
Several years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector are required.
You have the ability to think in terms of tax, legal, and economic contexts, are comfortable working with numbers, and analyze data in a structured manner.
You have very good knowledge of Power BI and artificial intelligence and are passionate about digital innovations as well as the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Ideally, you are fluent in French and have a good command of English.
