Accountant (m/f/d) specialising in process and quality management

Your tasks
You will advise our accounting teams and various specialist departments on accounting matters and provide support with annual and consolidated financial statements.
You will prepare decision-making documents and accounting documentation and continuously refine them.
You will analyse complex accounting and valuation issues and ensure the transfer of knowledge within the organisation.
You will oversee IT-supported developments in accounting, particularly in relation to the annual financial statements, bookkeeping and the maintenance of balance sheet and profit and loss account structures in SAP.
You will contribute to projects aimed at optimising and digitising accounting processes.
You will independently manage leasing and fund-related companies organised as GmbHs and GmbH & Co. KGs.
You will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), ideally also in accordance with the provisions of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB).
You will work closely with auditors (m/f/d), tax advisers (m/f/d) and supervisory authorities.
Your profile
You are a certified accountant (IHK) (m/f/d) or a qualified tax clerk (m/f/d) and have several years’ comprehensive experience in all areas of accountancy.
You also have experience in preparing company financial statements independently in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and, ideally, are familiar with the requirements of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB).
You are confident in using SAP and the standard MS Office programmes.
You demonstrate a structured, independent and responsible approach to your work.
You enjoy working as part of a team, are reliable and tackle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
You communicate clearly, in a manner appropriate to your audience, and persuasively.
