Accountant (m/f/d)
LHI Leasing GmbH, Pullach near Munich
Your tasks
You will be responsible for providing accounting support to various fund and real estate companies organized as GmbHs and GmbH & Co. KGs, including so-called two-tier structures.
You will independently prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), and in some cases also in accordance with the provisions of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB).
You will fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
You will prepare income statement projections and target-actual comparisons
You will work closely with business partners, auditors, and internal departments to resolve accounting and financial reporting issues.
Your profile
You also have experience preparing financial statements for companies independently in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and, ideally, are familiar with the requirements of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB).
You are proficient in using standard MS Office programs. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
You demonstrate a structured, independent, and responsible approach to your work.
You are a team player, reliable, flexible, and tackle challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
