Your tasks
You plan and coordinate projects in the area of structured finance in collaboration with account managers and various specialist departments.
In consultation with the relevant internal specialists (e.g., tax/legal), you will develop customized proposals and concepts.
You will coordinate the clarification of detailed tax, legal, and accounting issues.
You will draft contracts in close consultation with internal and external contacts.
At the same time, you will be responsible for procuring the necessary financing and negotiating the terms and conditions of financing.
Your profile
You have successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable training.
You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally with expertise in real estate and/or finance.
You are confident, have strong communication skills, and are highly service-oriented.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and team-oriented manner and have business fluent English skills.
You enjoy networking and have experience in actively approaching customers.
