Fund manager (m/f/d) Renewable Energies

Your tasks
You will be responsible for the commercial asset management of our wind and solar parks.
In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you will be responsible for all commercial and legal matters relating to your companies, from contract management and shareholder resolutions to auditing the annual financial statements.
You are responsible for strategic financial and liquidity management and are the central point of contact (m/f/d) for the financing banks.
You will manage the key financial figures and prepare internal and external reports.
Together with the technical asset management team, you will manage technical issues, for example in the course of building inspections, claims or performance optimization
Your profile
You have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
We require several years of professional experience in the management of fund companies in the renewable energy sector.
You have the ability to think in tax, legal and economic contexts, are confident with figures and evaluate data in a structured manner.
You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
You are fluent in English and ideally also speak French.
