Transaction Manager (m/f/d) Renewable Energies

Your tasks
You find suitable projects for us in the renewable energy asset class in Germany and abroad.
You examine and evaluate suitable projects and prepare profitability and liquidity calculations, including sensitivity and scenario analyses.
You coordinate the due diligence.
You accompany financing and contract negotiations.
You contribute to the conception of new investment structures for private and institutional investors.
Your profile
You have successfully completed a degree in economics, mathematics, engineering or a comparable subject.
You have several years of experience in transaction management, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
You have a good understanding of technical, legal, economic and commercial issues.
You have the ability to familiarize yourself quickly with complex designs and are prepared to take on responsibility.
You have a very good knowledge of Excel and are business fluent in English.
A convincing appearance, strong communication skills and initiative are among your strengths.
