We manage individual properties and property portfolios throughout the life cycle of a property. Based on the investors’ economic, fiscal, legal and risk-related premises the LHI Asset Manager develops a future-oriented, sustainable strategy which he implements in collaboration with in-house and outside service providers; this entails identifying potential and increasing added value. In this we operate as a central co-ordinator and contact between the investor side and the management side.
