LHI structures property and media funds similar to leasing and return and capital tax funds.
The assets range from movable property (aircraft), real estate (both domestic and foreign), renewable energy sources (wind power plants), intangible assets (film) through to financial products (Euro bonds).

The share of equity by our public offered funds is approximately EURO 1.3 billion. Up to the end of 2007 almost 19,000 had invested in LHI funds. The distributions paid out by our publicly offered funds by 2007 amount to a cumulative total of approximately EURO 128 billion.
